What never to send us

Nobody at KinnWealth will ask you for any of these, by email or any other way. A message claiming to be from us that asks for them is not from us.

• Your passcode.
• Your recovery phrase, or any part of it.
• Your recovery file, or a photo of it.
• Balances, statements, account numbers or screenshots that show them.

None of it would help us help you. Your records are encrypted on your device before they reach us, with a key that never leaves it, so we cannot read your balances or personal details — and we cannot look them up to check what a message tells us.

If you cannot get into your account

We cannot reset your passcode or open your account for you: the key that unlocks your records is made on your device and never reaches us. Writing to us cannot change that, so the recovery page is the place to start.

You can still write to us about recovery itself — how it works, or a step that did not behave as the page describes.

What helps us answer

• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
• Which screen you were on, and roughly when.
• The device and browser you were using — for example a phone or a laptop, and which browser.
• The wording of any error message, typed out.
• If a figure looks wrong: which figure, and the source it names. A published rate or limit is fine to quote; your own amounts are not.

How KinnWealth works, where a figure on screen comes from, and anything that looks broken. We are not licensed to give financial advice, so we cannot tell you what to do with your money — what to hold, where to put it or how to arrange it.
